Prenatal Yoga <3

A class designed to strengthen & relax the prenatal body for labor & improve postnatal recovery time.
We will move through active and passive poses to bring balance to both body and mind. Also, infusing relaxation techniques with the breath, as well as educating & bringing awareness to your lovely pelvic floor and deep core muscles.

March 15th’s class will include a special crystal bowl sound bath featuring Laura A.
