Prenatal Yoga & Pelvic Floor Physio

A class designed to strengthen & relax the prenatal body for labor & improve postnatal recovery time.
We will move through active and passive poses (Yin and Yang) to bring balance to both body and mind. Also, infusing relaxation techniques with the breath, as well as educating & bringing awareness to your pelvic floor and deep core muscles.

*safe for all trimesters/modifications given.

*please bring a bolster or large pillow to class

@ 4:30pm Ashley Chapman from Lifemark physio will be coming into Studio85 to talk and educate us on the pelvic floor. This is a free session and anyone is welcome to attend :) <3
