A 45 minute virtual workout . It has been designed to strengthen and tone all of those muscles, while giving you a great cardio boost all with dynamic style movements. There will be a high focus on safe core moves and pelvic floor cueing. Prenatal and Postnatal friendly - Lots of options and modifications given.
