Movement & Mindfulness Classes (ages 2-5yr)
These playful classes are designed to promote healthy movement in children while working on their gross motor skills. Through poses, breath work, songs, yoga books and mindfulness kids will build on strength, balance, coordination, resilience, confidence and much more.
