CLASS IS FILLED WITH YOGA POSES, FITNESS MOVES, PARTNER POSES, BREATHING TECHNIQUES, SONGS AND MINDFULNESS ACTIVITIES.
These classes build on the individual child but also includes the opportunity for partner poses and coming together as a group. Strengthening confidence, coordination, balance,breath, focus, stillness and more!
