This special 2.5hr workshop for school aged KIDS 8yr+ will start at Studio 85 for a playful yoga practice filled with movement, breath and mindfulness practice.

We will then head down to “Color Me Mine” (as a group) to a private room for snack time and to paint a select piece of their choice.

Space is limited

•Ideal age 8+ 
•Kids will need to bring their own water and snacks
•Kids should come in yoga clothing and bring a change of clothes to paint in
•Remember we have access to underground parking for easy access to both Studio 85 & Color Me Mine
