What Started My Journey When my daughter, Lana, was born in 2017, everything shifted. I realized I didn’t just want to be a positive role model for her—I wanted to share my passion for yoga and fitness with her and everyone around me. Since then, I’ve immersed myself in specialized trainings and a consistent personal practice. My approach is constantly evolving, much like the beautiful "ebb and flow" of motherhood and life itself. Where Education Meets Movement When we aren’t teaching yoga, movement, and mindfulness, we are educating and learning alongside children. Our dream is to eventually open a dedicated space that merges these two passions; for now, we proudly operate as a mobile yoga company, bringing our practice directly to our community. Empowering the Next Generation & Beyond In today’s digital age, it is more important than ever for children to have the space to move, breathe, and develop emotional awareness. Yoga and mindfulness help our youth build resilience, confidence, and nurture well-being. We believe that movement is the ultimate teacher: "Movement activates the neural wiring throughout the body, making the whole body an instrument of learning." Research suggests that movement, specifically dynamic balancing can be a tool to improve impulse control, emotional regulation, and focus. While my current offerings focus on youth and community movement, I hold a deep passion for prenatal, postnatal, and family yoga and fitness classes. Though I am not offering these specific styles as regularly right now, they remain a core part of my expertise and a journey I plan to return to more fully in the near future. The Foundation of Love The tools we practice on the mat are designed to help us navigate in life and everyday challenges off the mat. I am a firm advocate for LOVE (kindness) being your foundation. When you find that kindness within yourself first, it naturally trickles down to your relationships, your movement routine, and your life. Our Philosophy What we focus on today becomes our reality tomorrow. Be the best you can be for you first, and the rest will follow.
